Applying Waterproof Makeup

MakeSense™ Semi Permanent Makeup Colors is very versitile. It can be applied with the fingertips a brush or a make-up sponge. You will want to pump one to two dollops of the foundation either into your hand or onto a sponge (or a brush).
Then you will lightly place dots of foundation onto your face including the chin, forehead, and cheek area. You want to try to distribute the dots evenly because you will blend them in the next step.
As mentioned above, next you will lend the foundation out and upward in light feathery strokes into your hairline. Make sure you get your chin area and that the forehead and chin are well blended so that you don't have any extra lines. That's it. Pretty easy.
